Template Chooser
Here are some options as to the template for this blog!
am leaning towards the template up now, but am eager for suggestions and feedback :)
The background and template currently up is one I'd originally picked as a placeholder -- it definitely has a lot of character, and it is artistic as well as earthy. In that sense, I think it is very "you"... but I think there's still something lacking about it, something that's not quite clicking with what I know of you so far. (And in fact, I read your "about me" page and your philosophy posted to the sidebar, and I am honestly excited and happy to have you as a classmate. So far, I am blown away!)
I would say that this current option is good, but just as a starting point. I would really encourage you to push it further. One idea would be to play with the textures in the background image, to essentially pull them out of the picture to use as the background itself. Change up the fonts, both style and color, to see what you like. There's dozens of options to play with; even the layout of text boxes and gadgets can be pushed around.
i like the background template that you chose. when i saw it first time, i felt like its April's blog. its something more like you than other templates~ good choice! :)

I really like your template that you chose. I think it represents you exactly. Also, it relates to your design philosophy. It is really what you are.
